| 目的:探讨子午流注择时拔罐联合穴位贴敷疗法在肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻的影响及安全性,为临床进一步推广及应用提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样法,选取2021年7月～2023年7月60例接受住院治疗的妊娠恶阻患者作为研究对象。根据患者自愿原则,签署知情同意书,将60例患者随机分成治疗组、对照组。对照组进行常规静脉输液2500ml～3000ml,同时动态监测血中电解质的变化,根据Na+、K+、尿酮体数值调整输液量；治疗组,则在对照组基础上,联合拔罐止呕贴外治。比较两组患者的恶心、呕吐症状的改善情况、尿酮体改善程度及消退时间等。结果治疗组与对照组,尿酮体及恶心呕吐症状改善具有明显差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用子午流注择时拔罐联合穴位贴敷在干预肝胃不和型妊娠恶阻治疗时,可以明显改善严重的妊娠呕吐症状,有利于患者身心健康,保证胎儿的正常发育。 |

| Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of cupping therapy combined with acupoint application in the treatment of pregnancy dysplasia with disconcerting liver and stomach, and to provide scientific basis for further clinical promotion and application. Methods: A random sampling method was used to select 60 patients with pregnancy dystopia who received hospitalization from July 2021 to July 2023 as the study objects. According to the voluntary principle of patients, 60 patients signed informed consent and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group received routine intravenous infusion of 2500ml to 3000ml, while the changes of blood electrolyte were dynamically monitored, and the infusion volume was adjusted according to the values of Na+, K+ and urinary ketone bodies. The treatment group, on the basis of the control group, combined cupping + anti-vomiting paste external treatment. The improvement of nausea and vomiting symptoms, the degree of improvement of urinary ketone body and the time of resolution were compared between the two groups. Results: There were significant differences in urinary ketone body and nausea and vomiting symptoms between treatment group and control group (P<0.05). Conclusion :The use of cupping therapy combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the symptoms of severe hyper emesis gravidarum, which is beneficial to the physical and mental health of the patients and ensure the normal development of the fetus. |
