| 目的：研究六君香佛饮治疗脾虚湿盛型功能性腹泻的临床治疗效果。方法：回顾性研究2023年1月～2024年1月在我院消化科门诊及住院治疗的脾虚湿盛型功能性腹泻患者80例,分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。试验组为健脾芳香化湿中药治疗,对照组为复方嗜乳酸杆菌片治疗,两组疗程均为4周。观察两组治疗前后临床有效率、中医症候积分。结果：试验组中医证候总有效率为95%,优于对照组有效率为75%,(P＜0.05)；试验组的在改善中医证候,如排便次数、粪便性状、肠鸣、脘腹痞满、食欲不振、倦怠乏力、神疲懒言、面色萎黄方面优于对照组,(P＜0.05)。结论：六君香佛饮治疗脾虚湿盛型功能性腹泻疗效良好,可明显改善患者临床症状,具有临床推广意义。 |

| Title: Clinical Efficacy of Liu Junxiang''s Foyin Decoction in Treating Functional Diarrhea of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Accumulation Type Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Liu Junxiang''s Foyin Decoction in treating functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted from January 2023 to January 2024 in the outpatient and inpatient departments of our hospital''s gastroenterology department. A total of 80 patients with functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the spleen and eliminating dampness, while the control group received treatment with compound lactobacillus tablets. The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the observation group was 95%, which was superior to the effective rate of 75% in the control group (P < 0.05). The observation group showed better improvement in traditional Chinese medicine symptoms such as frequency of bowel movements, stool characteristics, bowel sounds, abdominal distention, poor appetite, fatigue, lassitude, and sallow complexion compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Liu Junxiang''s Foyin Decoction has a good therapeutic effect in treating functional diarrhea of spleen deficiency and dampness accumulation type. It can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients and has clinical significance for promotion and application. |
