| 目的：观察智三针电针对危重症患者谵妄的临床疗效；方法：将64例病人按照随机数字表法随机分成两组,常规组32例,给予西医常规治疗；针刺组32例,在常规治疗基础上给予针刺治疗,疗程为3天。每天评估患者意识程度、注意力、精神状态、思维顺序等变化。结果：治疗第1天,针刺组患者意识程度、注意力、精神状态、思维顺序方面未见明显改善(P＞0.05)；第2天,针刺组患者意识程度、注意力、精神状态方面有明显改善(P＜0.05),在思维顺序方面无明显改善(P＞0.05)；第3天,针刺组患者意识程度、注意力、精神状态、思维顺序方面均有明显改善(P＜0.05)；3天内针刺组总体恢复患者多于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：智三针电针疗法可以改善危重症患者的意识程度、注意力、精神状态、思维顺序,对治疗谵妄有一定的作用。 |

| Objective: to observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture therapy on delirium in critically ill patients; Methods: 64 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 32 cases in the routine group were given conventional treatment with western medicine, and 32 cases in the acupuncture group were given acupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,the course of treatment was 3 days. The patient was assessed daily for changes in level of consciousness, attention, mental status, and sequence of thought. Results: On the first day of treatment, there were no significant improvement in the degree of consciousness, attention, mental state and order of thinking of the patients in the acupuncture group (P < 0.05); on the second day, there were significant improvement in the degree of consciousness, attention and mental state in the acupuncture group (P < 0.05), but there were no significant improvement in the order of thinking of the patients in the acupuncture group (P > 0.05); on the third day, there were significant improvement in the degree of consciousness, attention, mental state, and order of thinking of the patients in the acupuncture group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Electroacupuncture therapy can improve the degree of consciousness, attention, mental state and thinking order of the critically ill patients, and has a certain effect on the treatment of delirium. |
