| 目的：探讨聪耳方联合西医常规疗法治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋患者的临床疗效和对其血流动力学的影响。方法：选取2021年12月至2023年6月海盐县中医院收治的100例气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,按照随机分为对照组(25例)和实验组(75例)。对照组给予西医+中医非药物治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合聪耳方治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后血流动力学指标、纯音听阈、中医证候积分和临床疗效。结果：治疗后,试验组患者血小板体积MPV、血脂水平和血液流变相等额外指标水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组患者纯音听阈显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组患者眩晕、耳鸣、耳闷胀感、恶心呕吐积分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组患者治疗有效率为96.77%,明显高于对照组的74.19%(P＜0.05)。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effect of Cong er fang combined with routine Western medicine on sudden deafness of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type and its influence on Hemodynamics. Methods A total of 100 patients with sudden deafness due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis were selected from Haiyan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to June 2023. They were randomly divided into control group (N=25) and experimental group (N=75). The control group was treated with western medicine and non-drug treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, while the experimental group was treated with Cong er fang on the basis of the control group. The hemodynamics index, pure tone threshold, traditional chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of MPV, blood lipid and hemorheological parameters in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05). The pure tone threshold in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (p < 0.05). The scores of vertigo, tinnitus, ear stuffiness, nausea and vomiting in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05). The effective rate in the test group was 96.77% , which was significantly higher than that in the control group (74.19% , p < 0.05) . Conclusion The treatment of sudden deafness with Qi stagnation and blood stasis by cong-er formula combined with conventional western medicine can improve the hemodynamics, pure tone hearing threshold and clinical symptomsto promote the clinical efficacy and safety. |
