| 目的 探讨葫芦灸联合针刺治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果。方法 对我院2023年10月至2024年4月接受葫芦灸联合针刺为基础方案治疗的气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析。按是否使用葫芦灸将患者分为治疗组和对照组,比较2组治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。连续治疗3次为一个疗程。结果 2组的有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 葫芦灸联合针刺治疗气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症效果有明显优势。 |

| Objective to explore the therapeutic effect of Calabash moxibustion combined with acupuncture on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods the medical records of the patients with lumbar disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were treated with Calabash moxibustion combined with acupuncture from October to April in our hospital were 2023 and 2024. The patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to whether to use gourd moxibustion, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type were compared. Continuous treatment for 3 times is a course of treatment. Results there was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups (P & LT; 0.05) . Conclusion the therapeutic effect of Calabash moxibustion combined with acupuncture on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type is obviously superior. |
