| 目的:观察麻桂通络膏外敷防治结直肠癌患者化疗后手足综合征（HFS）的作用。方法：将80例结直肠癌化疗后手足综合征的患者按照随机数字表法分为2组，对照组40例予尿素软膏均匀外涂，治疗组予麻桂通络膏外涂双手双足，一天2次，比较2组治疗后疗效情况。结果：治疗组手足综合征分级优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组疼痛评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：麻桂通络膏外敷防治结直肠癌患者化疗后手足综合征安全有效。 |

| Objective: To observe the effects of external application of Magui Tongluo ointment on prevention and treatment of hand-foot syndrome (HFS) after chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer. Methods: 80 patients with hand-foot syndrome after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method. The control group (n = 40) was evenly coated with urea ointment, while the treatment group (n = 40) was coated with Magui Tongluo ointment, twice a day. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The grade of hand-foot syndrome in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). The pain score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in he treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: External application of Magui Tongluo ointment is safe and effective in preventing hand foot syndrome(HFS) after chemotherapy in patients with colorectal cancer. |
