| [目的]以“经筋-经脉-脏腑”理论为脉络,阐释骨质疏松症的发病机制、病理进程以及治疗,为临床治疗骨质疏松症提供新的诊疗思路。[方法] 通过整理医案,阅读相关古籍、文献,深入探讨“经筋-经脉-脏腑”理论在骨质疏松症的发生、发展以及治疗中的应用。本文所附病案,运用了王庆来教授的经验方,体现了“通经散结、消补共用”的核心要义,并取得了较好的临床疗效。[结论] 运用“经筋-经脉-脏腑”理论,从整体出发,抓住结阻经络关键点,遵循“通经调腑、消补共用”原则灵活用药,为治疗骨质疏松症提供了新思路,值得推广。 |

| [objective]Explaining the pathogenesis, pathology and treatment of osteoporosis through the theory of "meridians-meridians-organs".Providing new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for the clinical treatment of osteoporosis.[Method]By organizing medical cases and reading relevant ancient books and literature,We are going to discuss the application of the theory of "meridians-meridians-organs" in the occurrence, development and treatment of osteoporosis.The case attached to this article utilizes the empirical formula of Prof. Wang Qinglai, which embodies the core essence of "clearing the meridians and dispersing the knots, eliminating and complementing the common use", and achieves a good clinical efficacy.[conclusion]Using the theory of "meridians - meridians - internal organs", starting from the whole, seizing the key points of the blocked meridians and following the principle of "regulating the meridians and internal organs, eliminating and replenishing the common use of flexible medicines", which provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of osteoporosis, and is worthy of popularization. |
