| 目的：探究大黄灌肠联合足三里针刺治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效。方法：选取2022年1月—2023年6月在我院治疗的50例急性胰腺炎患者,随机分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组按照急性胰腺炎内科综合治疗原则进行治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗措施的基础上加用生大黄灌肠及足三里针刺治疗,观察两组胃肠道功能恢复时间、疾病严重程度、相关实验室指标。结果：研究组在胃肠道功能恢复时间、疾病严重程度、相关实验室指标方面改善均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：大黄灌肠联合足三里针刺治疗急性胰腺炎具有良好的疗效,值得进一步深入研究。 |

| Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of rhubarb enema combined with Zusanli acupuncture on acute pancreatitis. Method: Fifty patients with acute pancreatitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated according to the principle of comprehensive internal medicine treatment for acute pancreatitis. On the basis of the control group"s treatment measures, the study group patients were treated with raw rhubarb enema and Zusanli acupuncture. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, disease severity, and relevant laboratory indicators were observed in both groups. Result: The study group showed better improvement in gastrointestinal function recovery time, disease severity, and related laboratory indicators than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of rhubarb enema and Zusanli acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on acute pancreatitis, which is worth further research. |
