| Purpose: exploring the application of PDCA cycle in improving efficiency of Chinese medicine procurement Method: By reviewing and analyzing the purchasing cost and quality control of our hospital from 2017 to 2021 to promote the change of purchasing cost and the improvement of quality before and after using PDCA cycle method Result: The procurement cost has decreased significantly, and the quality has improved dramatically Conclusion: The continuous improvement method of PDCA cycle can effectively reduce the cost and improve the quality of slices, which is worth promoting |
