| 目的 探究理气止痛肚脐贴敷配合耳穴贴压在急性腹痛患者中的应用效果。方法 随机抽取本院92例急性腹痛患者为研究对象，按照简单随机法分为对照组和试验组，对照组46例，试验组46例。对照组采用耳穴贴压治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上加用理气止痛肚脐贴敷治疗。分析对比两组治疗前、治疗2d后的中医症候积分，有效率，治疗前、治疗2d后的疼痛数字评分法（NRS）评分，腹痛缓解起效时间、腹痛消失时间。结果 两组患者治疗2d后的中医证候积分均低于治疗前（P<0.05），且试验组患者治疗2d后的中医证候积分低于同期对照组（P<0.05）；试验组患者治疗2d后的有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗2d后的NRS评分低于治疗前（P<0.05），且试验组患者治疗2d后的NRS评分低于同期对照组（P<0.05）；试验组患者的腹痛缓解起效时间、腹痛消失时间均低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 理气止痛肚脐贴敷配合耳穴贴压能够降低急性腹痛患者的中医症候积分，提高有效率，降低疼痛感，缩短疼痛起效时间和腹痛消失时间，具有临床意义。 |

| Objective To explore the application effects of Liqi Zhitong navel application combined with auricular point sticking on patients with acute abdominal pain. Methods 92 patients with acute abdominal pain were randomly selected and divided into control group (46 cases) and experimental group (46 cases) according to the simple randomization method. The control group was treated with auricular point sticking, and the experimental group was additionally given Liqi Zhitong navel application on the basis of the control group. TCM syndromes scores and effective rate before treatment and after 2 days of treatment, Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) score before treatment and after 2 days of treatment, onset time of abdominal pain relief and disappearance time of abdominal pain were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The TCM syndromes scores in both groups after 2 days of treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the scores in experimental group after 2 days of treatment were lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The effective rate in experimental group after 2 days of treatment was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The NRS score in the two groups after 2 days of treatment was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the NRS score in experimental group was lower compared with that in control group (P<0.05). The onset time of abdominal pain relief and disappearance time of abdominal pain in experimental group were shorter than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liqi Zhitong navel application combined with auricular point sticking can reduce the TCM symptoms scores, enhance the effective rate, reduce the pain, and shorten the onset time of abdominal pain relief and the disappearance time of abdominal pain in patients with acute abdominal pain, with clinical significance. |
