| [目的] 从传承、著述、行医轶事等角度,对明清时期浙江嘉善地方名医群体进行研究分析。[方法]以医家为线索,研究《嘉善县志》《嘉善名医传略》《嘉善县百年百位名医》等地方著作,对明清时期医家的生平及著作进行整理、分析。[结果] 发现明清时期嘉善地区记载的医家以世代传承为主,多为家传；著作丰富,涉及各科,其中摄生类著作在全国具有一定影响力；多有儒学功底,将行医作为践行“仁”的重要途径,尊重生命、淡泊名利、医德高尚。[结论]明清时期是嘉善中医药发展的重要时期,进一步整理与挖掘嘉善地方医家史料,对补充完善地方中医历史及研究地方医学源流具有重要价值与意义。 |

| [Objective] This paper aims at studying and analyzing the group of renowned doctors in Jiashan County of Zhejiang Province during the Ming and Qing Dynasties from the perspectives of their inheritance, works and medical practices.[Methods] By studying local medicine-related works such as County Annals of Jiashan, Brief Biographies of Famous Doctors in Jiashan and Top Hundred Doctors over a Hundred Years in Jiashan County, this paper sorts and analyzes life stories and works of doctors in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.[Results] It is found that most doctor families in Jiashan during the Ming and Qing Dynasties that left a record are based on generation inheritance, and most of their medical skills are passed down generation to generation from their forefathers. Their works are large in amount and cover various subects. Among them, works regarding how to conserve one"s health have certain influence all over China. Most of these doctors are good learners of Confucianism, and they see medical practicing as an important way to practice “kindness”. They respect life, care little about fame and wealth and demonstrate high medical ethics. [Conclusion] As the Ming and Qing Dynasties are an important period for the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , it is of great value and significance to further sort and explore historical documents of medicine families in Jiashan in this period,which will not only help complement and perfect the history of local TCM, but also facilitate researches on origins of local science of medicine. |
