| 【摘要】目的：探讨活血补肾汤对骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者术后肾虚血瘀之证的疗效。方法：选择2020年1月～2022年10月于我院骨科
收治的肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨折患者，共60例，随机分为对照组与治疗组各30例。对照组予以常规治疗，治疗在对照组基础上
，内服活血补肾汤。结果：两组患者一般资料比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。治疗效果、骨折愈合时间、腕关节功能等方面
，治疗组明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：通过本研究证实，活血补肾汤能明显缩短肾虚血瘀 型骨质疏松性桡骨远端骨
折内固定术后患者的骨折愈合时间，提高骨折愈合评分，改善腕关节功能及中医临床症状，从而提高临床疗效。 |

| Objective: To explore the effect of Huoxue Bushen Decoction on the syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in patients with osteoporotic distal radius fracture after operation. Methods: A total of 60 patients with primary osteoporotic distal radius fracture of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type admitted to the orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases each. The control group was given routine treatment, and the treatment was based on the control group. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data (P>0.05), which was comparable. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of treatment effect, fracture healing time and wrist joint function (P<0.05). Conclusion: Through this study, it is confirmed that Huoxue Bushen Decoction can significantly shorten the fracture healing time of patients with osteoporotic distal radius fracture of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type after internal fixation, improve the fracture healing score, improve the wrist joint function and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and thus improve the clinical efficacy. |
