| 目的 观察耳穴压豆联合火龙罐综合灸对寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）的临床干预效果。方法 2023年6月至2024年6月对收治的120例LDH患者进行对照治疗观察。对照组予以常规药物和护理措施治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上行耳穴压豆联合火龙罐综合灸治疗，治疗周期14天。治疗结束后，对患者的中医证候进行评分，并比较两组在中医证候积分、疼痛程度、腰椎功能及生活自理能力方面的差异。结果 耳穴压豆联合火龙罐综合灸课显著降低患者中医证候积分和Oswestry功能障碍指数评分（P<0.05），且试验组的疼痛减轻程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)；而日本骨科学会（JOA）评分明显提升（P<0.05），两组患者的腰椎功能、生活能力改善情况比较，试验组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 耳穴压豆联合火龙罐综合灸可减轻LDH患者的腰部疼痛，提高其腰部活动度，改善腰椎功能。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical intervention effects of auricular point pressing with beans combined with fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation (LDH) of the cold-dampness obstruction type.Methods: A controlled treatment observation was conducted on 120 patients with LDH admitted between June 2023 and June 2024. The control group received conventional drug therapy and nursing care, while the experimental group was treated with auricular point pressing with beans combined with fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion in addition to conventional treatment. The treatment period lasted 14 days. After the treatment, TCM syndrome scores were evaluated, and differences between the two groups in terms of TCM syndrome scores, pain intensity, lumbar function, and activities of daily living (ADL) were compared.
Results: The combination of auricular point pressing with beans and fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion significantly reduced the TCM syndrome scores and Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) scores (P < 0.05). The degree of pain relief in the experimental group was more pronounced than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, the Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score was significantly improved (P < 0.05). Comparisons of improvements in lumbar function and ADL between the two groups showed that the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion: Auricular point pressing with beans combined with fire dragon jar comprehensive moxibustion can alleviate low back pain in patients with LDH, improve lumbar mobility, and enhance lumbar function. |
