| [目的]:探讨运用象思维方式辨治萎缩性胃炎的临床新思维。[方法]:借鉴象思维方式,运用元象思维主导病因溯源、比象思维表达病理形质、道象思维揭示基本病机、物象思维确立辨证分型,具象思维拓展胃病外延、维象思维创立系列专方。[结果]:确立气虚瘀毒为共性基本病机、益气化瘀解毒为基本治法,形成－病六方的多环节多靶点的基本方药。[结论]:萎缩性胃炎起病隐匿,是炎－癌病理演变的特殊阶段,临床应以病证结合、宏观辨证与微观辨证结合的诊治模式截断炎-癌转变。 |

| [Purpose]: To explore the new clinical thinking of using analogical thinking to diagnose and treat atrophic gastritis. [Method]: Drawing on the analogy thinking approach, using the meta analogy thinking to lead the cause tracing, the analogy thinking to express pathological morphology, the Dao analogy thinking to reveal basic pathogenesis, the object analogy thinking to establish dialectical classification, the concrete thinking to expand the extension of gastric diseases, and the dimensional thinking to create a series of specialized prescriptions. [Result]: Qi deficiency, blood stasis, and toxin were established as the common basic pathogenesis, and Qi tonifying, blood stasis resolving, and detoxification were established as the basic treatment methods, forming a multi link and multi-target basic formula of six disease prescriptions. [Conclusion]: Atrophic gastritis has a hidden onset and is a special stage of pathological evolution between inflammation and cancer. Clinical diagnosis and treatment should be based on a combination of disease and syndrome, macroscopic and microscopic differentiation to cut off the transition from inflammation to cancer. |
