| 目的 探讨参芪桃红汤联合四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）疗效及对血清Toll样受体4（TLR4）、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）水平的影响。方法 选择2021年8月~2022年8月在本院就诊的64例Hp阳性CAG患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法分组为联合组和对照组，各32例。联合组采用参芪桃红汤联合四联疗法，对照组患者采用四联疗法，持续治疗2个月。在治疗前后，比较两组中医证候积分、疗效、不良反应、血清TLR4和TNF-α水平。结果：治疗后，两组患者胃脘胀痛、反酸嗳气和纳差乏力积分均较治疗前降低，且联合组水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，联合组愈显率96.88%，高于对照组81.25%（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者TLR4、TNF-α水平均较治疗前低，联合组TLR4、TNF-α水平均低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论：参芪桃红汤联合四联疗法治疗Hp阳性CAG效果良好，可有效降低血清TLR4、TNF-α水平，且安全性较好。 |

| Objective To explore the curative effect of Shenqi Taohong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori (Hp)-positive chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) and its influences on serum Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α). Methods A total of 64 patients with Hp-positive CAG treated in the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between August 2021 and August 2022. According to random number table method, they were divided into combination group (n=32) and control group (n=32). The combination group was treated with Shenqi Taohong Decoction and quadruple therapy, while control group was only treated with quadruple therapy for 2 months. The scores of TCM syndromes, curative effect, adverse reactions, serum TLR4 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, scores of epigastric distension pain, belching, poor appetite and fatigue in both groups were decreased, which were lower in combination group than control group (P<0.05). After treatment, good improvement rate in combination group was higher than that in control group (96.88% vs 81.25%, P<0.05). After treatment, levels of serum TLR4 and TNF-α in both groups were decreased, which were lower in combination group than control group (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in either group. Conclusion: Curative effect of Shenqi Taohong Decoction combined with quadruple therapy is good on Hp-positive CAG, which can effectively reduce levels of serum TLR4 and TNF-α, with good safety. |
