| 目的：观察黄芪桂枝方加减中药功能性手套在预防化疗相关手足综合症临床疗效。方法：观察对象为2022年1月~11月在慈溪市人民医院化疗患者共59例，其中观察组29例，对照组30例。观察组在常规口服维生素B6基础上，借助功能性手套予中药穴位外敷治疗，对照组与口服维生素B6治疗预防手足综合症，疗程为3月。采用CTCAE V4.03版对两组手足综合症严重程度进行评价。结果：对照组出现手足综合症明显高于观察组（=8.96，P=0.03）。结论：黄芪桂枝方加减中药功能性手套在预防化疗相关手足综合上疗效确切。 |

| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi prescription plus or without traditional Chinese medicine functional gloves on the prevention of chemotherapy-related hand and foot syndrome.Methods: A total of 59 patients receiving chemotherapy in Cixi People''s Hospital from January to November 2022 were observed, including 29 patients in the observation group and 30 patients in the control group.On the basis of routine oral vitamin B6, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint external application with functional gloves, and the control group was treated with oral vitamin B6 to prevent hand-foot syndrome, the course of treatment was 3 months.CTCAEV4.03 version was used to evaluate the severity of hand-foot syndrome in the two groups.Results: The incidence of hand-foot syndrome in control group was significantly higher than that in observation group (X2=8.96, P=0.03).Conclusion: Huangqi Guizhi Formula plus or without traditional Chinese medicine functional gloves are effective in preventing chemotherapy-related hand and foot synthetically. |
