| 摘要 目的：探讨平衡罐结合督脉灸对寒湿痹阻型腰背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛的改善情况。方法：将90例寒湿痹阻型腰背肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照1组、对照2组，每组各30例。治疗组采用平衡罐结合督脉灸治疗，对照1组采用平衡罐治疗，对照2组采用督脉灸治疗，观察三组患者在治疗前后简化McGill量表评分变化。结果：三组患者经过中医适宜技术治疗后，患者的McGill评分均低于治疗前，且治疗组明显优于两个对照组，分别比较均具有统计学意义（P<0.05），两个对照组比较无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：平衡罐结合督脉灸在治疗寒湿痹阻型腰背肌筋膜炎方面，可有效缓解患者疼痛症状，比单一应用效果更好。 |

| [Abstract] Objective:To explore the improvement of the pain of patients with cold-dampness blocking type low back myofasciitis by the balance cupping combined with Du moxibustion.Methods: Ninety patients with cold-dampness blocking type back myofasciitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 1 and control group 2, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with balanced cupping combined with Du moxibustion, the control group 1 was treated with balanced cupping, and the control group 2 was treated with Du moxibustion. The simplified McGill scale scores change of the three groups were observed before and after treatment.Results: After the nursing treatment of the three groups of patients, the McGill scores of the patients were lower than before the treatment, and the treatment group was significantly better than the two control groups, the comparison is statistically significant (P<0.05),The comparison between the two control groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The balance cupping combined with Du moxibustion can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of patients of low back myofasciitis caused by cold-dampness blocking type, which is better than using monotherapy. |
