| 目的：探究王坤根教授对慢性肾小球肾炎的诊疗思路，总结归纳虚浊毒理论在治疗中的具体运用。方法：通过跟诊学习并整理门诊病例，总结王教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的学术思想及相关经验。结果：慢性肾小球肾炎多起于脾虚湿阻、肾虚夹浊、疫毒恋肝，虚、浊、毒，三者相互影响，交织因果。以“扶正祛邪+针对用药+消肿泄浊解毒”的成方为基础进行加减用药，可显著延缓疾病进程，改善临床症状。结论：王坤根教授治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的经验值得学习，有助于拓宽诊疗思路，同时可加强“扶正祛邪+针对用药+消肿泄浊解毒”成方在临床上的运用。 |

| Objective To explore Professor Wang kungen''s ideas on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis, and summarize the specific application of deficiency, turbidity and toxin theory in the treatment.Methods By following up, learning and sorting out outpatient cases to summarize Professor Wang''s academic thought and experience in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Results Chronic glomerulonephritis mostly originated from spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction, kidney deficiency and turbidity, epidemic and toxin love the liver, deficiency, turbidity and toxin, which affected each other and intertwined cause and effect. The addition and subtraction of drugs based on the formula of "supporting righteousness and expelling pathogenic factors + targeted drugs + detumescence and detoxication" can significantly delay the disease process and improve clinical symptoms.Conclusion Professor Wang kungen''s experience in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is worth learning, which is helpful to broaden the thinking of diagnosis and treatment. |
