| 目的：观察小儿熄风止痉整脊推拿法结合热敏灸治疗脾虚湿滞型小儿抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法：将70例脾虚湿滞型小儿抽动障碍患者,按就诊先后顺序,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组,对照组,每组各35例,治疗组予小儿熄风止痉整脊推拿法结合热敏灸治疗,对照组予口服氟哌啶醇片,2组均连续治疗4周。采用“美国耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表”(YGTSS)评分标准进行疗效评价。结果：疗程结束后对照组YGTSS评分显著低于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),治疗组临床疗效总有效率为91.4%,对照组有效率为80.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：小儿熄风止痉整脊推拿法结合热敏灸治疗脾虚湿滞型小儿抽动障碍的临床疗效突出。 |

| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoerxifengzhijing massage with thermal moxibustion treatment in the treatment of tic disorder in children with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation.methods:70 children with tic disorder of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 35) and control group (n = 35). The patients of the therapeutic group were given the Xiaoerxifengzhijing massage with thermal moxibustion treatment,and in the control group, TiaprideHydrochlorideTablets were prescribed for oral administration , After4weeks’ treatment , The Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) scores of each symptom and sign were compared before and after treatment for patients of2 groups. The efficacy were evaluated. Results: In the treatment group,The scores of YGTSSafter the treatment for treated Groupwere superior to another group,indicating statistical significant differences (P<0.05),The total effective rate of 91.4% in the treatment group was better than 80.0% in the western medication group ,with a significant difference of the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: The Xiaoerxifengzhijing massage with thermal moxibustion treatment is effective in the treatment of tic disorder in children with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation. |
