| Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Antai Decoction in the treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with early pregnancy threatened abortion. Methods From January 2014 to August 2019, 64 patients with PCOS and threatened abortion in early pregnancy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases in each group. The control group was given progesterone injection.The observation group took Bushen Antai Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Result After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.6%, which was significantly better than 84.4% of the control group (P Significant statistical significance (P > 0.05), after treatment, the indicators of the two groups were significantly improved, but the improvement of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Through this study, Bushen Antai decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with early pregnancy threatened abortion, can effectively improve PCOS with early pregnancy threatened abortion symptoms, can effectively improve progesterone, chorionic gonadotropin, estradiol and other indicators, it is worth clinical reference and promotion. |
