| Summary Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of YiShenJianGu Decoction combined with calcitriol in the treatment of Renal Osteopathy.Methods:90 patients with Renal Osteopathy (hypertensive kidney lesion) and TCM syndrome differentiation of kidney essence deficiency were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group,control group A and control group B,with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group in the routine treatment plus taking YiShenJianGu Decoction and calcitriol, control group A in the routine treatment plus taking calcitriol capsule treatment, control group B only with conventional treatment.Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, Blood calcium,Blood phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, β-CTX, PINP, 25(OH)D3, osteocalcin were observed in 12th week. Efficacy evaluation of TCM and Quality of life evaluation level were compared among the three groups.Results: Serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, blood phosphorus, parathyroid hormone, β-CTX, PINP and osteocalcin in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment (P < 0.01). Blood calcium, 25(OH)D3 level, TCM efficacy evaluation and quality of life evaluation were significantly higher than those before treatment, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.01). After 12 weeks of treatment, the incidence of hypercalcemia in the control group A was higher than that in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).Conclusion: YiShenJianGu Decoction combined with calcitriol can significantly improve biochemical indicators and Bone metabolite ,rising the quality of life and the clinical efficacy of TCM, and reduce the incidence of hypercalcemia, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
