目标：探讨归脾汤督脉熏蒸对抑郁障碍患者睡眠质量及其血清标记物的影响。方法：将100例抑郁障碍患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组50例,研究组联用归脾汤督脉熏蒸与艾司西酞普兰,对照组单用艾司西酞普兰。选用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)对两组患者的疗效、睡眠质量进行评估。并测定患者血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)与褪黑素(MT)水平。结果：研究组HAMD总分在治疗后第2、4、8周低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)；研究组PSQI总分在治疗后第4、8周明显低于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。8周后研究组血清MT、5-TH、BDNF浓度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：归脾汤督脉熏蒸联合艾司西酞普兰更能有效治疗抑郁症,改善其睡眠质量,增加血清MT、5-TH、BDNF浓度,值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the effect of Du Channel fumigation with Guipi Decoction on sleep quality and biomarkers of patients with depression heart-spleen deficiency. Methods: 100 patients with depression were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in experimantal group were administered with Du Channel fumigation by Guipi Decoction and escitalopram, while those in control group were administered only with escitalopram. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Pittsburgh Sleep Index (PSQI) were used to evaluate the efficacy and sleep quality. The serum 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-TH), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and melatonin (MT) were determined before and after treatment. Results: The HAMD score of experimental group was lower than that of control group at the 2^nd, 4^th, 8^th weekend after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The PSQI score of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group at the 4^th, 8^th weekend after treatment (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The serum level of MT, 5-TH and BDNF were higher than those of control group (P<0.05) after treatment. Conclusion: The conbination use of Du Channel fumigation with Guipi Decoction and escitalopram could treat depression and improve sleep quality more effectively, and increase levels of MT, 5-TH and BDNF, which worth clinical promotion.
