| 中医药文化是中华民族优秀传统文化的优秀代表，是中医药服务的内在精神和思想基础，是中医医院传承发展中医药事业、实现可持续发展的源动力和核心竞争力。本文结合长兴县中医院文化建设实际，从建立核心价值体系、完善行为规范体系、打造特色专科体系、优化人才队伍体系、提升医教研体系、建设环境形象体系、建立文化宣传体系等七个方面阐述新时代推进中医药文化的传承与创新实践路径，旨在推动中医药事业健康、可持续发展。 |

| As an excellent representative of the Chinese nation''s fine traditional culture, TCM culture is the intrinsic spirit and ideological foundation of TCM services. It is also the driving force and core competitiveness for TCM hospitals to carry forward and develop TCM undertakings and achieve sustainable development. This article combines the cultural construction practice of Changxing County Hospital. This paper elaborates on the way to promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM culture in the new era from seven aspects: establishing a core value system, improving the behavioral standard system, building a specialty system, optimizing the talent team, improving the medical, teaching and research system, building an environmental image system, and establishing a cultural propaganda system. It aims to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese medicine. |
