| 总结了卵巢储备功能低下不孕的中医临证诊疗经验和体会，认为该病虚实夹杂，是以肾阴阳两虚、气血不足、脾虚失养虚为本，以肝郁化火、心肾不交、气滞血瘀实为标，致机体阴阳失调，冲任二脉受损而致病。治疗当以补虚为本，兼治其标，并遵循阴阳气血的消长规律，调理月经周期，为助孕种子奠定基础；中西相参，辩证结合实验检查指标，助孕种子；注重早防早治，做好孕前调理、孕后巩固以防堕胎；文中还分享了临床典型案例，有较好的临床意义。 |

| To summarize the clinical experience of TCM diagnosis and treatment for DOR induced infertilities. We found that infertilities that caused by diminished ovarian reserve usually intermingled with both deficient symptoms and excessive signs. The root cause is kidney yin and kidney yang deficiency, qi and blood insufficient, and malnourishment due to spleen deficiency. While the symptoms manifested as liver depression and liver fire, heart-kidney disharmony, qi stagnation and blood stasis, ultimately induces yin and yang imbalance, Chong and Ren impairment.
The treatment principle should to follow the growth and decline regularities of yin-yang, qi and blood, to consolidate the deficient aspects as it is the root reason, and meanwhile treat the excessive manifestations; to create a regular menstrual cycle, promote fertilized egg implantation. It is also necessary to do laboratory test by western medicine to observe the hormone waves.
The treatment principal of infertility includes consolidating health condition, prevention from miscarrying, and promoting the growth of Embryo. We have listed some typical clinical cases here which have significant clinical value. |
