目的 采用HPLC法建立山慈菇的指纹图谱,可以对山慈菇正品及其伪品的来源进行鉴别。方法 HPLC法,采用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(46mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14:86)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为224nm。结果 建立10批该样品及伪品白及、山兰、扁白及的指纹图谱,通过相似性分析,可以很好地对山慈菇正品及其伪品的来源进行鉴别。结论 建立的指纹图谱方法简便可靠,可以直观的判断山慈菇药材和饮片的真伪,切实保障中药饮片质量。 |

Objective To establish the fingerprint of Rhizoma Pleionis by HPLC method, and to identify the source of the authentic and its fake products. Methods HPLC method was applied to a mobile phase using a Zorbax SB-C18 column (46 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (14:86) as a mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 224 nm. Results Ten batches of the sample and the fingerprints of the fake white, mountain and flat white were established. Through the similarity analysis, the source of the authentic and the fake products of the mountain can be well identified. Conclusion The established fingerprint method is simple and reliable, and can intuitively judge the authenticity of the medicinal materials and pieces of the sage, and ensure the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine. |
