| 目的：运用中医传承辅助平台软件,挖掘连教授治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征用药经验。方法：收集连建伟教授门诊所诊治腹泻型肠易激综合征患者病案,并筛选出有效验案,应用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件录入处方,分析连教授治疗该病的用药经验。结果：对处方数据录入分析后得到中药的使用频次,中药之间的关联规则、药物的核心组合及新处方分析。结论:数据挖掘技术和中医传承辅助系统在整理总结名老中医经验过程中价值明显。 |

| Objective: Using data mining system to analyze Professor Lian"s experience in treating diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods: To collect the medical records of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) patients diagnosed and treated by Professor Lian Jianwei"s outpatient clinic, and screen out the effective cases. To analyze Professor Lian"s medication experience in treating IBS, the prescription was input into the software of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant Platform (V2.5). Results: After input and analysis of prescription data, the frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine, the association rules between traditional Chinese medicine, the core combination of drugs and the analysis of new prescriptions were obtained. |
