| to investigate the effect of bushen huoxue huayu decoction combined with acupuncture on sex hormone levels in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods: select - in November 2017 in February 2016, our hospital 61 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney and blood stasis type cause infertility patients as the research object, it according to the draw method randomly divided into two groups, control group (n = 30) using citrate chlorine meters treatment, observation group (n = 31) implementation of the kidney and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis soup combined acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and the influence of sex hormone levels. Results: the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.8%, significantly higher than that in the control group (73.3%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Observation group after treatment of LH (luteinizing hormone), T (testosterone), PRL (prolactin), left/right ovarian volume, left/right follicle number significantly lower than the control group, E2 (estradiol) is significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), uterine volume contrast differences between groups have no statistical significance (P > 0.05). Conclusion: kidney-tonifying blood-activating blood-stasis decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the sex hormone level in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome caused by kidney deficiency and blood stasis, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
