Objective To observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu Decoction and Zuojin Pill combined with acupuncture on refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach stagnation heat type. Methods 72 patients with refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). The control group was treated with Mosapride plus esomeprazole magnesium, while the treatment group was treated with Dachaihu Decoction and Zuojin pill combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. Acupuncture points were selected as Tianshu, Zhongwan, Liangmen, Hegu, Neiguan, Zusanli, Taichong, Weishu and Ganshu. After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical efficacy, RDQ score, esophageal mucosal endoscopy score and the symptoms of liver-stomach depression were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 77.78% and 55.56%, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups (p < 0.05). The total scores of reflux, heartburn, post-sternal pain and RDQ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment (p < 0.05). Although the scores of symptoms in the control group decreased, there was no significant difference (P > 0.05) between the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment and after treatment. Compared with the control group, the score of esophageal mucosal endoscopy in the treatment group was lower (P < 0.05); compared with the pre-treatment group, the number of patients with burning pain, abdominal distention, belching and reflux after treatment in the treatment group was significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Although the number of patients with hunger-prone symptoms was reduced, the difference was not significant (P > 0.05), the number of patients with abdominal distention in the control group was obvious after treatment (P > 0.05). Significant reduction (P < 0.05), the number of patients with burning stomach pain, belching, reflex, irritability and hunger symptoms decreased, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion Dachaihu Decoction and Zuojin Pill combined with acupuncture can improve the clinical efficacy of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease of liver-stomach stagnation-heat type, which is worthy of promotion. |
