| OBJECTIVE: To explore the advantages of Zini jaiweidachengqitang in the perioperative period of gynecological third and fourth laparoscopic surgery. Methods: Sixty patients with gynecological third and fourth laparoscopic surgery were enrolled in our department. They were randomly divided into Zini jaiweidachengqitang group (treatment group) and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte group (control group). Preoperative bowel preparation, comparing the first defecation time, the duration of defecation, the number of discharges to the water sample, palatability, adverse reactions, the satisfaction of the intraoperative preparation of the intestine, the first exhaust time after surgery, The first defecation time and the recovery time of bowel sounds after operation were used to investigate the effect of self-made Daweiqiqi decoction on preoperative bowel preparation and postoperative intestinal function recovery. RESULTS:Zini jaiweidachengqitang is more suitable for perioperative treatment of patients with gynecological third and fourth types of surgery than compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte, in addition to the latter''s intestinal function suitable for surgery. Promote the recovery of postoperative intestinal function, no latter is not suitable for intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding and other application contraindications, good palatability, more easily accepted by patients. Conclusion: It is confirmed that the application of Jiawei Dachengqi Decoction in the gynecological three- and four-class laparoscopic operation of Yangmingzhen patients has better bowel function, less drink, good taste and bad. The advantages of less reaction, no obvious contraindications for medication, and easy acceptance by patients can also promote postoperative intestinal function recovery. |
