| 总结了作者运用中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床经验,提出了子宫内膜异位症的中医药治疗思路。认为该病以正虚为本、邪实为标,其病机多与“虚”“寒”“热”“瘀”相关；治疗宜扶正祛邪、消补同施,重在调补气血、补益肝肾为先,活血化瘀为重,兼以温经散寒、清热解毒；同时倡导病证结合、分期治疗,攻补结合、有所侧重；最后与大家分享了临床典型案例,中医治疗特色明显,有重要的临床意义,值得推广应用。 |

| In the article, the author has summarized his clinical experience of Chinese medicine for endometriosis, and proposed the treatment thought of Chinese medicine for this disease.He believed that the nature of the disease is deficiency, while manifestation of it is evil excessive; its pathogenesis is mostly related to "deficiency", "cold", "heat" and "sputum". Therefore, the treatment principal should to build up genuine Qi and eliminate evils, strengthen body and release pathogenic factors simultaneously; emphases on regulating Qi and blood, invigorating liver and kidney as priority; meanwhile promote blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and warming the meridians and dispelling coldness, clearing away heat and detoxifying. At the same time, the author advocates the differentiation should based on the nature of disease and clinical manifestation, as to apply different treatment in different stages by eliminating but meanwhile compensation with some emphasis. In the end, the author would like to share some typical cases with you. He believes this treatment has distinctive character and strong significance. Therefore it is worth to promote its clinical application. |
